Returns

For collected orders:

If you have opted to collect your order you will be asked to examine it upon collection and it will then be considered accepted and cannot be returned. If you later discover a fault within 6 months of your purchase that we cannot prove was not there when you purchased it, we will repair or replace the item as per your consumer rights.

For Shipped Orders:

As per the UK distance selling requirements, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, you have another 14 days after informing us to return the order. We will then issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your return. You do not have to give a reason, these rules apply to goods worth £42 or more and exclude customised or personalised goods.
For items worth less than £42, we will offer a refund only if the items are broken or faulty.

Return your items along with the return form sent with your order (let us know if you need another) to:

Please keep in mind that any item sent for a full refund must be in the same condition as you received it. and packaged appropriately. In the event an item is received broken or damaged, you will be given a refund on return or we’re happy to exchange the item, dependent on what you are likely to prefer.
It is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to ensure your package is returned to us.
